About Tracey

Tracey Carisch is the Microsoft Global Trainer Community Lead, a fellow MCT, and a 25-year veteran of the training industry.
She began her career as a systems consultant with Arthur Andersen’s Technology Risk Management division, where she gained experience across a wide range of industries and software solutions. After completing her MBA program at the University of Utah, she worked as an independent consultant, partnering with organizations to address business challenges through process engineering, technical solutions, and advanced employee skilling programs. Her expertise in community collaboration and blended learning models led to a prominent position in the STEM education initiative, where she served as the Managing Director of the STEM Innovation Hub and a representative in Harvard University’s Pathways to Prosperity Network.

Marc is the perfect example of the “Alpine Geek” (Nerdus Alpinus), having delivered courses in two languages and multiple countries for over 20 years, but living in a three-hundred-year-old chalet in the Swiss Alps that only got broadband Internet in 2009.
